Privacy policy

Who we are

This website is run by Getz Transfer, which provides airport transfers in and around London. You can email us at getztransfer@mail.com. Our current contact details are always on our contact page.

What we collect and why

The contact form. When you send us a message, we receive your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, and your message. We use them to reply to you.

The booking form. When you ask us for a transfer, we receive your name, email address and mobile number, the pick-up and drop-off places, the date and time of the journey, the number of passengers, your luggage, your flight number if you give it, any return journey, and anything else you write in the form. We use them to work out a price, to reply to you, and to arrange the journey if you go ahead.

The address boxes. As you type in the pick-up and drop-off boxes, our website sends what you have typed to Google, so that it can suggest matching addresses. Google gets only those words, not your name or contact details, and no Google cookies are set. You can read Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

Messages and requests from both forms are stored on this website and emailed to us so that we can reply. We keep them until we delete them.

Who looks after the website

The website is hosted for us in the United Kingdom by British Web Design, who process this information on our behalf and deliver the website's email. They do not use it for anything else.

Cookies

The website sets two cookies that every visitor needs: a session cookie, which keeps the website working while you move between pages, and a security cookie, which protects the forms from misuse. The website's own count of visitors does not use cookies.

If we switch on Google Analytics or advertising tags in the future, a banner will ask you first, and nothing of theirs is set unless you accept. Your answer is remembered in your browser.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR) you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, and object to how we use it. Email us to do any of these. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

We may change this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
