Getztransfer is a global online marketplace that connects passengers with drivers for private transfers. Users can submit requests for transfers and delivery services and receive offers directly from transportation providers. These offers include pictures of the vehicle, ratings, and completed rides, all visible before making a payment.

DISCLAIMER: Getztransfer and its app serve as a booking platform that connects clients with independent transport providers. The transportation services are provided directly by the suppliers to the clients and are not controlled by Getztransfer. We only act as an intermediary, helping with the booking process, but we do not provide the actual transport services.

How to order a ride?

  1. Choose your pick-up and drop-off locations. If it's a ride by the hour, please specify the start and end times.
  2. Select the type of transport, number of passengers, and add any extra details needed (like child seats and luggage).
  3. Provide your contact information to receive offers from drivers.
  4. Once your ride request is submitted, you will get offers from drivers with their prices and vehicle information.

What is a per hour car rental?

You can rent a chauffeured car by the hour. This option is great for multiple business meetings, guided tours, or traveling along your own route. Just specify the start and end times and provide details about the trip in the comments section. Include any important information, such as stops, locations, and vehicle preferences, to get the best offers.

How to order a delivery service?

TTo order delivery, specify the delivery date, pick-up and drop-off points, and describe the size and contents of the item (like a 10 kg suitcase or a bouquet of flowers). Then choose an offer and add any details for your driver if needed.

How to order a ride as soon as possible?

You can request a ride for immediate or urgent needs. To find the nearest driver, check the time until their arrival.

What is included in the price?

Drivers set their own prices based on your request. The price includes free waiting time (60 minutes at airports and cruise ports, 30 minutes at train stations, and 15 minutes at all other locations), fuel, and tolls if applicable.

What if the driver doesn’t arrived?

First, try to contact your driver using the contact details provided in your ride information. If you can’t reach the driver, please report the issue to our support team.

Can I trust Getztransfer drivers?

Customers rate our drivers, and we review this feedback. We only continue working with drivers who have a good track record. Each offer also includes the driver’s rating so you can choose the best one.

What if my flight is delayed?

There is a free waiting time of 60 minutes at the airport. If your flight is delayed by more than an hour, please reach out to our support team.

How to ensure that my luggage will fit in the car?

Specify the size and number of your luggage in the comments section of your order form. For example, you could mention two ski bags that are 180 cm long and two suitcases. Drivers will see your requirements, and you'll get offers from drivers with suitable vehicles. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact our support team.
